Financial
We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you. We will do everything possible to help you receive the treatment you need and want. For patients requiring major work, we offer several financing options with affordable payment schedules. Forms of payment accepted by the office include dental insurance, check, cash, Visa, and Master Card.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, we ask that you kindly provide at least 24 hours notice. Advance notice allows us to offer your appointment time to other patients needing prompt attention.
