Students Helping Out: SHout!
The SHout program at Rifle Dental Care encourages local students to get involved and volunteer in their communities. Dr. Cappelli sponsors SHout as a way to say "Thanks!" to young people who give their time, energy, or talent to make Garfield County a great place to live.
Students can help their neighbors in many ways, such as: Animal care; grocery errands; household chores; snow and leaf removal; toting garbage bins; or lawn care. They may also support the efforts of local charities and service groups.
Dr. Cappelli says: "Look around to discover how you can "SHout" in your community. Be creative, have fun, and bless someone else's life!"
K-12 students who help their neighbors or community are eligible to participate in SHout prize drawings.
